Now these cupcakes are specially designed to fit into the 'candy' category. Meaning that their topping and layers and colors are all candy themed. The icing on top of 'Marshmallow fun' is fully flavored homemade marshmallow icing with snowflake toppings. This cupcake was my favorite out of the both because it had an exquisite taste, the icing was at first strawberry flavored with pink dye but as it set over night with extra vanilla icing powder on top the flavor changed! It tastes so sweet and creamy .. Mmm that really set my mood for the day! :)
The 'Yellow summer-fair' was yummy too, the colors looked really fun. Gave them to my siblings to have because I ran out of marshmallow fun :P
They loved it! Shame my stomach was full, or I would've eaten them too!
The recipe and baking is really easy to do, roughly about 45 mins including the design and picture taking :)
